Around a four-day residency Close Act MSL created a three-month community programme of capacity building and engagement activity culminating in a street procession for three thousand people, and a climatic, spectacular performance for an audience of four thousand. Pi Leau was an underwater world of whales, mermaids and deadly fish, combining acrobatics, pyrotechnics, dance, music and theatre.
